Flint River Ranch is a private company owned by Jim Flint. The total story spans the reality test of forty years of personal business experience and includes the wisdom, advice, insights, inspiration, dedication and contributions of many people.

The business was first structured to provide the very finest cat and dog foods. Jim called upon some of the best talent in the industry, utilized the finest quality ingredients and carefully formulated the finest products available that sincerely contribute to the health and quality lifestyle of our family companions and can be honestly represented, with pride, to the marketplace. This goal was realized. Product was manufactured and delivered to the Riverside, California warehouse on Columbus Day, October 12, 1993 - A fitting date for our exciting business voyage into the future.

The second goal was to utilize the dynamic changes and tangible forces taking place in the marketplace and the way people purchase products. The major shift evolved from people shopping from home to make things easier, to relieve time stress and unwanted elements in their lives. A program was designed to keep things simple and provide services and products that reduce complexity for the consumer marketplace. This was supported with a desire to merit public acceptance with strict attention to service and for continued dedication to the business of Flint River Ranch - providing the highest quality dog and cat foods.

Third, it was the goal to structure Flint River Ranch as a vehicle designed to kindle the spirit of entrepreneurship and individual opportunity for self-employment. The business actually belongs deep in the hearts and minds of a growing team of Independent Associates. Dr. Jane Bicks is responsible for formulating and developing Trilogy's HealthyPetNet line of products, and she consults regularly with pet industry experts to ensure our cutting-edge formulas meet the highest standards for quality and effectiveness. Dr. Jane Bicks is a highly respected and nationally recognized holistic veterinarian. She is the author of three national books on pet care and nutrition and has served on professional boards including the Cornell Feline Health Center. Dr. Jane served as the President of the Veterinary Medical Association in NYC and was appointed by former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani to help start one of the largest animal shelters in the United States. She has also appeared on many network television and cable programs and numerous radio stations as a veterinary expert.
